By booking sessions or purchasing courses with Learn & Grow with Ritika, you agree to the policies below. These are written in plain language so parents and students know what to expect.

Sessions & scheduling

Sessions are rescheduled with 24-hour notice. No questions asked. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may be counted as a used session when you are on a prepaid package. message on WhatsApp if something urgent comes up and we will work it out fairly.

Cancel or pause anytime with 24-hour notice. You're never locked in.

Refunds & satisfaction guarantee

Your first session is always free, with no payment required. After that, if your first paid session isn't valuable, i'll refund it with no awkward questions.

After your free trial, your first paid session is fully refundable if you don't find it valuable. For packages, we'll work out a fair solution on WhatsApp.

Conduct

Sessions are a respectful, focused learning space. Educational guidance does not constitute legal, medical, or immigration advice.
